This sound bath experience is designed to guide you on a journey of self-discovery and inner exploration. The sounds promote healing on all levels, deep relaxation, expansion of consciousness, and will open the body’s entire energetic system. The intent is to assist the body to re-harmonize itself and bring you back to your natural state of balance.
Sound baths are meant to facilitate a shift in your brainwaves to a state of deep relaxation and rest. Through frequency and entrainment it’s possible to downshift our normal beta state (doing mode) to alpha (relaxed mode), with most people able to reach theta (deep meditative state) and even delta (where internal healing can occur). This experience is helpful for anyone who wants to give themselves a moment of relaxation or gain the benefits of meditation, especially those who aren’t able to reach deeper meditative states on their own.
Take the following easy steps to get the most out of your experience:
1. Download a copy of Zoom (www.zoom.us) to your laptop or smartphone.

2. Create a quiet space where you won’t be interrupted (turn off phone)
3. Roll out your yoga mat, set up the bed or couch, however you can be most comfortable lying down.
4. Dim the lights and light a candle if you’d like.
5. Put on your headphones in order to get the best out of the experience.
6. Close your eyes (or cover them with an eye mask) – you do not need to watch the screen .
7. Let go and listen to the sounds as they wash over you...
